These baked chicken drumsticks are so good. Seasoned with a spice combination of ginger, garlic, paprika, pepper flakes, nutmeg cumin, black pepper and brown sugar, the brown sugar gets caramelized when done and creates a unique burnt caramel taste with the spices.
When ready, preheat oven to 200°C or 400°F. Lightly brush a sheet pan or baking tray with oil. Place chicken drumsticks on sheet pan or baking tray leaving spaces in between them.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, turn and bake on the other side for 10 to 15 minutes (this is to get caramelized around each side) or until done. Serve.
