Clean the chicken and pat dry. Grind garlic, ginger, green chilli and onions together and add to the cleaned chicken. Add salt to taste. Marinate in the fridge for an hour or overnight. (overnight is best, do prep ahead)
Remove chicken from the fridge about 30 minutes to baking. Preheat the oven to 220°C or 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or baking paper.
Set up your work station. Beat egg in a small bowl. Pour crushed corn flakes into another bowl preferably wide. Season with salt and black pepper.
Remove each piece of chicken from the marinade, drop into the egg to coat and drench through the crushed corn flakes, pressing gently to stick. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken has been used. Make sure not to crowd your pan, if necessary use two baking sheets. Lightly brush the chicken with the melted margarine or butter. Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile. make hot honey. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine together. Once melted, whisk in two tablespoons of honey, paprika and chilli powder.
Drizzle chicken with hot honey and serve.
