Ingredients
- 1½ tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ medium onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- ½ small green bell pepper chopped
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 4 eggs
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Whisk eggs and salt together, put aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add garlic and onions and stir till fragrance and onions are softened and not caramalised.

Add bell pepper and tomatoes and stir for a minute. Add curry powder and white pepper powder and stir.

Add in eggs and gently stir till it cuddles breaking up bigger lumps. Simmer for a minute and turn off fire for soft eggs and longer for dried scrambled eggs. Serve with toasted bread.
