Pawpaw recipe : Chocolate dipped pawpaw

This pawpaw recipe makes a very  effortless and healthy dessert threat.

My cousin makes some unusual treats for desserts. She will take pawpaw, wash and remove the peels, slice it nicely and stash it in the freezer. She takes it out and serves it, calling it frozen pawpaw sticks. As simple as it sounds, these frozen pawpaw sticks disappear quickly as it is served. I believe it is the frozen nature.

These chocolate dipped pawpaw are inspired by my cousin’s frozen pawpaw sticks. Because life is good with chocolate, we dipped our pawpaw in there. It tastes like a pawpaw chocolate drink. Is there anything like that? If there is, link me up, I am interested.

It is easy to set up; all you need is chocolate, pawpaw and coconuts, if coconut is your thing. Melt the chocolate, dip the pawpaw in there and sprinkle some coconuts on top. Let it rest in the fridge till the chocolate sets, va va vooooooooooooommmmm!

Since pawpaw are in season, quench your thirst with this Pawpaw Pineapple smoothie and if you don’t mind, sprinkle chocolate on top. Just saying 🙂
