We revamped our coleslaw this time with this pineapple coleslaw. Add sweet juicy pineapple to your coleslaw and you wouldn’t go back.
Last Christmas, my little sister suggested we add pineapple when making the regular no one seems interested coleslaw.
I was honestly not interested but I went with it and…….. I was charmed by the first bite.
It is the regular coleslaw with pineapple. Cabbage, carrots, added white onions and the ultimate pineapple.
Once you have try coleslaw with pineapples, you would not go back.

Easy pineapple cole slaw
Servings: 4 as a side salad
Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage shredded
- 1 large carrots grated
- 1/4 white onion sliced
- Chopped sweet pineapple about 1/2 cup
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper adjust to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
Instructions

Combine carrots, cabbage, pineapple and pineapple in a bowl. Mix mayonnaise, salt and pepper together. Add to salad mix. Serve
