One pot ground beef and rice

One pot ground beef and rice; easy tasty meal ready in 32 minutes or less.

One pot rice meals have fans in my house. No need to be told we are always “hungry and lazy”. No one ready to slave in the kitchen plus there is fewer dishes to wash, just one. (Remind me to stick a note on the sink WASH YOUR PLATE after eating).

I have nicknamed this ground beef and rice glorified anwa mo. Anwa mo is basically rice cooked with a generous amount of oil and salted beef.

One pot ground beef and rice (easy and tasty)

It is quiet easy and simple, start by sauteing onions, garlic and ginger, add chilli, coriander, cloves and bay leaf, stir in seasoned ground beef. Have washed rice on standby, just damp it in. Add salt, water and cover. In the meantime, tidy up and hang around the kitchen. Do not leave, this girl has been burning rice a lot these days. Who cares? Burnt rice under (kanzo) are the best!

Do fish out the cloves after cooking, it is unpleasant biting into it 🙁
