Ingredients
  • tablespoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ medium onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • ½ small green bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs and salt together, put aside.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add garlic  and onions and stir till fragrance and onions are softened and not caramalised.

  3. Add bell pepper and tomatoes and stir for a minute. Add curry powder and white pepper powder and stir.
  4. Add in eggs and gently stir till it cuddles breaking up bigger lumps. Simmer for a minute and turn off fire for soft eggs and longer for dried scrambled eggs. Serve with toasted bread.
