This baked chili salmon is super easy to make. All you need is 5 ingredients:

You do not have to pretend you have your life sorted out. Because you made a tasty salmon for dinner in just 22 minutes. And to make it better, surround it with some vegetables, I used tomatoes and onions. Bake it together.

Whiles it cooking, put rice with some oil  (anwa mo, hey anwa mo fans :)) on fire and if you not too Ghanaian you wouldn’t be looking for stew to go with it. Because it is quick and perfect.

Ingredients
  • 2 medium size salmon gutted
  • 3 red chilli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 clove AKA pregowama
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for brushing
  • Optional : Sliced onions and tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 180˚ or 350˚F. Divide the salmon into two. Sprinkle with salt. Blend garlic, clove, chili together. Add honey and about 1 tablespoon oil. Generously spread it over salmon, putting some marinade in between the salmon like a sandwich. Toss sliced onions and tomatoes with a pinch of salt. Spread around salmon and drizzle a little oil around it.


  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till done. Serve in between bread as sandwich or with any meal of choice.
