Baked chili salmon

This baked chili salmon is super easy to make. All you need is 5 ingredients:

red chilli

And you good to go.

You do not have to pretend you have your life sorted out. Because you made a tasty salmon for dinner in just 22 minutes. And to make it better, surround it with some vegetables, I used tomatoes and onions. Bake it together.

Whiles it cooking, put rice with some oil  (anwa mo, hey anwa mo fans :)) on fire and if you not too Ghanaian you wouldn’t be looking for stew to go with it. Because it is quick and perfect.

Side: having lots of flat bread from recipe tests, we sandwiched it in between the bread. It was heavenly.
